On December 8, 2022, a district court in Chicago granted final approval of a class action settlement in the lawsuit Marsh, et al. v. CSL Plasma Inc., Case No. 19-CV-07606.

The Settlement Administrator began to send settlement payments to eligible class members who timely returned valid claim forms on February 6, 2023.
